Tech Tim is one of the most customer service oriented service savy techs I have ever met in my 50 years of driving. Current service was on my 3rd vehicle purchased from this Nissan dealer. Integrity matters in all things including selling and serviceing motor vehicles. Service done right may “sell it” but service done right will definitely help get repeat sales. If I were in the car sales business I would have the sales managers take a service advisor and service tech out for lunch every month. More

3 hour Oil Change with Apointment I made an appointment for an oil change and after promised a 1 hour wait I was waiting for 3 hours and they lost my paperwork and said the person who I made an appointment for an oil change and after promised a 1 hour wait I was waiting for 3 hours and they lost my paperwork and said the person who took care of me when I got here left and he left my paper work with someone else and I wasn’t informed till I asked why I had been waiting 3 hours for a scheduled oil change.
