Fist time visitor I had a 1:00 appointment and was met by a person who took my information and showed me to a service rep. He took more information and said that I had I had a 1:00 appointment and was met by a person who took my information and showed me to a service rep. He took more information and said that I had $10.00 coupon for my oil change and that there was an update for my media center. At about 2:30 I walked out to see if my truck was ready.It sitting there and I asked a guy who was greeting people if my truck was ready. He said it was and found the paper work on the service reps desk. He couldn't find the service rep, so he took it to another service rep to process. When he finished and escorted me to the cashier I found out I didn't a $10.00 coupon anymore. The service was fine up to checking out and picking up my truck More
