Prompt and Efficient Service I needed to have the 20k maintenance check performed on our 2018 Murano and was extremely happy when Nicole was able to work me in on short notice. Sh I needed to have the 20k maintenance check performed on our 2018 Murano and was extremely happy when Nicole was able to work me in on short notice. She worked with us and found a time slot on the same day and in two hours! Once in and at the service department, we found that Chuck sacrificed his lunch break to accomodate us and process our visit. We found him professional and attentive to our needs, having identified an extremely dirty cabin air filter and helping us have that issue addressed. Our visit was a family affair, as I had my wife and two kids with me. Kudos to the folks that keep the Customer Lounge stocked with the goodies that kept us all entertained! Overall a great experience! Thank you! PS- I noticed that the service department takes care to cover the seat and floor to protect the vehicle for getting dirty while being serviced. A post service car wash would be an excellent additional step towards this experience. More

Too long of wait The service guy was great, but too long for just an oil change. Then they like to wash the vehicle, which took 45 minutes.
