When I visited the dealership my key fob was not working and we were assuming it had something to do with the battery we were told I had nothing to do with the car battery so we purchased a brand new key fo and we were assuming it had something to do with the battery we were told I had nothing to do with the car battery so we purchased a brand new key fob -the next day my car did the same thing and would not start. I took it to a local shop to be told that the battery was no good. I feel that the battery had something to do with the key fob not connecting due to the strength of the battery. We also had the oil changed this day and asked if they could please secure the skid plate underneath the car it was never done. Everyone was very friendly but was not satisfied with the service because I felt that we could have just replaced the car battery instead of a $400 key Fob More

I have been a long time customer of this dealership. As usual, I made my appointment online on the website. My regular service advisor (Samantha) is listed, however, no days of availability with her wer As usual, I made my appointment online on the website. My regular service advisor (Samantha) is listed, however, no days of availability with her were open so I was forced to schedule with someone else (JC). I arrived at the appointed time to a clean, uncrowded facility. I was semi-greeted by a young man who did not identify himself. He asked me in an off putting way a few intake questions and when I inquired about my regular advisor he informed me she didnt work there anymore. He then told me I could sit in my car or in the chair in the corner of the shop by the garbage car outside and wait for someone. I was mildly appalled. I remained standing and waited. Soon I was approached by another advisor (Issac), NOT the one I made the appointment with, who stated he woyld be helping me. Good enough. We proceeded to his office. I had an 8:30 appointment. My vehicle was finally taken in by 9ish with coupons and stuff applied i was happy I knew what I was going to pay for the service, etc. I have a new car. It only had 10500 miles on it. Its a simple oil change and tire rotation. I have been here dozens of times with all my previous Nissan vehicles. I should be out of here in no time, right? ...NO Not only did the servicing of my vehicle take well over 2 and a half hours but, with this service I experienced something I never had before. When my vehicle was finished, even though the advisor KNEW I was waiting for the Sentra, rather than coming to the customer waiting area to find me and go over the inspection of my car like then normally do, etc. This advisor called me on the phone, informed me my vehicle was ready and that was it. When I went to the cashier she said she didnt have my ticket so I had to walk to his office and pick up my key. Then he had me sign the receipt which he carried to the cashier and then told me where my car was parked. He never went over anything about the service of my vehicle about what was done about recommendations. They didnt even vacuum the drivers front. But thank you for running it through the car wash, that was nice. The service at Pearson has truly and systematically dropped inch by inch. I had purchased my 2 previous vehicles there. They already had lost my lady purchase, I ended up going elsewhere for my third purchase...this vehicle is am driving now...due to a creepy incident with a salesman. This last service experience is pretty much sealing the deal for me. There are other Nissan dealers quite honestly. I hate leaving my home area. Please do better. More
