I was not please with my previous appt, I had to pay for an oil pan when it was not my fault. But whatever. This current appt was a better experience, the service writer was pleasant and took care of some i an oil pan when it was not my fault. But whatever. This current appt was a better experience, the service writer was pleasant and took care of some issues from my last visit. So I gave 5 star for this visit. More

Got four new tires and a new rim on my car left the dealership and the tire pressure sensor warning light came on. Tire was fine had to continue driving home which was 2 hours away. Once home found tha dealership and the tire pressure sensor warning light came on. Tire was fine had to continue driving home which was 2 hours away. Once home found that there had been damaged to the back quarter panel of the car which just happens to be the same tire that the tire pressure sensor is out on. Called to make an appointment to get the tire pressure monitor and the rear quarter panel fixed could not get me until the following week on Friday. I'm looking at the car they decided it had been a week and they didn't think they were responsible for the damage done to the car and they charged me $350 for a new tire pressure sensor it went out immediately after they installed new tires. Will not go back. More
