My 2017 Pathfinder had a check engine code which could not be resolved. After having it checked locally, I took it to Pearson/Ocala. I worked with Vanessa Dean who is a top-notch customer service person not be resolved. After having it checked locally, I took it to Pearson/Ocala. I worked with Vanessa Dean who is a top-notch customer service person! Vanessa took great care of me and explained what work was being done so I was completely involved in the decision making. Communication was great! If I need to come back to Nissan, I will drive the 40 minutes to Ocala just for the customer service they offer! Best in the business! Great job Vanessa! More
