Pearson Nissan was unable to locate a Nissan part to repair my Nissan vehicle. It took longer than two weeks to determine they were not able to repair my vehicle. However they did replace a nine inch repair my Nissan vehicle. It took longer than two weeks to determine they were not able to repair my vehicle. Moved from Pasco, use to take my car to Maus Nissan and had a loaner vehicle was available during service appointments as well as a shuttle. Completely misdiagnosed issue. Purchase my own code reader and found it to be something completely different from what you all said. Told me it was the EGR valve and Throttle body Purchase my own code reader and found it to be something completely different from what you all said. Told me it was the EGR valve and Throttle body and it was only the mass airflow sensor\meter. Very disappointed that you can be completely dishonest. Now if I would have paid for it and still have issues with the car and missed time from work to come back and get it looked at for another service fee and more parts. Would you honestly refund me the money for the parts that didn't fix it originally. Thanks but no thanks. Good luck More
