Had a 9:15 oil change appt. Vanessa was service advisor. Told me it would take an hour. I was there until 12:00 waiting. Vanessa was nowhere to be found. I had to flag down another advisor to get my vehicle. Very poor customer service. My time is very valuable as well, the reason I make an appointment.
