I went in to get general maintenance done on my vehicle and get a tire plugged because I picked up a nail in my tire. One hour after dropping off the vehicle I get a message saying the tire is not fixable, and get a tire plugged because I picked up a nail in my tire. One hour after dropping off the vehicle I get a message saying the tire is not fixable, and it will be over 250$ for a new tire. I already looked at the nail and knew there was no reason it couldn’t be plugged so after picking up my vehicle with a nearly flat tire now because they couldn’t have been bothered to top off the air for me I went down the street to discount tires. When I got there they told me the patch would be simple and within 2 hours they patched the tire for free. Last time I will be using Nissans service department, trying to rip me off for no reason.
