I made an appointment to fix a window problem and respond to a letter re: a recall. An appointment was available to me in a timely manner & my Rogue was worked on while I waited in the comfortable waiting a to a letter re: a recall. The manager kept me informed periodically about time expectations, etc. My “stuck”open window was an owners lack of knowledge & the recall was taken care of. I was presented a receipt with “no charge “ for the service that day. The entire time the manager was friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. More
