We have been going to Pearson since 2019 when we purchased our Maxima. We recently had an issue and had it towed to the dealership on a Monday. Within 2 hours we received a call telling us exactly w purchased our Maxima. We recently had an issue and had it towed to the dealership on a Monday. Within 2 hours we received a call telling us exactly what the problem was (rodents chewed the wires and rendered the car inoperable). By 4pm that evening we had our car back in tip top shape. Everyone nice but you should really offer rental car when you only offer week day appts. We live 45 mins away and work during the week and our car could not get fix until a week later because you don’t offer you only offer week day appts.
