I called to make an appointment for a oil change I had a coupon for a free oil change. when I spoke to the girl she asked what car I told her a jeep. When I got there I asked the first guy do I give this co coupon for a free oil change. when I spoke to the girl she asked what car I told her a jeep. When I got there I asked the first guy do I give this coupon to you he says no you will give it to the service specialist I got out the car I had the coupon in my hand he asked me for all my information after he gets all that. I say do I give u this coupon he acts like he’s reading then says I can’t take that for the Jeep. He seen the car I got out of why didn’t he just say he didn’t take it before me and my children got out the car. More

The service Department was awesome, David See took very good care of me. There were no surprise repairs, he arranged a rental car for me while my vehicle hid repaired. As soon as I got out and shut my car door I was greeted so kindly! I had a brief conversation and found out right then that I needed to drive my car to the service entrance and they would help me there. Th so kindly! The service only took about 45-50 minutes long, I had an oil and filter change with a recall part replacement and tire rotation. Overall a great staff and experience! More
