Zach McQuaig is my service representative. He always takes care of me in a professional and efficient manner. He is very knowledgeable about my 2016 Nissan Murano. When my son bought my vehicle from P takes care of me in a professional and efficient manner. He is very knowledgeable about my 2016 Nissan Murano. When my son bought my vehicle from Pearson Nissan of Ocala, we had all the safety bells and whistles put on. Since I am handicapped, Zach makes sure all safety equipment and everything on my vehicle is working properly, including tires, which is a major thing. But, even for the key fob, which wasn't working properly, he checked it out and it wasn't reliable for use, so it was better to replace it. Zach also makes sure I have seating in the waiting room. There is only one chair that I am able to sit it and get out of, and he makes sure it's available. I always get all my service completed at Pearson's, since we bought it there and Zach is very knowledgeable about my vehicle and I trust him completely. More

I spent an hour and a half in the dealership waiting for the oil change, the last 20 minutes my car sat there waiting for the paperwork so I could take my car and go home. More
