I took my vehicle in for an oil change and George was my service representative. He advised it would take approximately an hour and fifteen minutes for the oil change to be completed. One hour later my vehi service representative. He advised it would take approximately an hour and fifteen minutes for the oil change to be completed. One hour later my vehicle was ready to go. Great customer service. I had made an appointment for service for 8 AM. (Or so I thought). The next day I got there at 7:45 and was told that I wasn't on the list. The gent I had made an appointment for service for 8 AM. (Or so I thought). The next day I got there at 7:45 and was told that I wasn't on the list. The gentleman who took care of me went talked with Isaac Valazquez, who took me in @ 8. Isaac was the greatest got me in and out in no time. He explained what was done to the car ,went over the paper work. He was great, he certainly has my business from now on. More
