I will not be taking my vehicle, my 2015 Nissan Rogue, anywhere else ever for an oil change now. The gentleman there, I believe it was Zak, answered some of m,y future maintenance questions patiently and I felt like I was in good hands. The waiting room was lovely, I had coffee and a soda, and enjoyed everyone in the waiting area. The oil change took very little time, and I feel lucky they worked my car in on the day I called, because I was going out of town the next day. Great experience! More

Not knowing how the service center repair/maintenance floor operates, but from my limited view, there should be more of a total team coordination/collaboration with techs and service mgrs. All the better good of solving a customer’s vehicle issues. If one team is stumped, perhaps another team who may be more experienced and knowledgeable on a particular vehicle, problem, etc. can aid in providing a timely and more accurate solution for that vehicle. More
