Poor customer service Very disappointed at the quality of customer service at this location;rude. In addition, they failed to provide a multi-point inspection to inform me of my Nissan’s current state and if there is anything that needs attention. I depend on this report to maintain my vehicle in the best condition possible. This was my first visit to the Nissan dealership in Ocala. However, I have owned Nissan vehicles my whole adult life and have serviced them at many different Nissan locations nationwide. The Ocala location so far has been the least friendly and the least thorough of them all. Developing good care definitely reflects how I, or anyone else will feel about trading in and purchasing from you. I’d say they need to put more emphasis on good quality customer service in the service department so that customers can be confident in knowing they are taken care of even after purchasing a vehicle from them; definitely need to step it up a notch. More

Accustomed to outstanding Service Been with Pearson Nissan for about 10 years and never left disappointed. Drove straight to Pearson since tire pressure warning came on, and was happily on the road using spare within an hour or so and had new rim installed the next morning. More
