Kevin was Great! He was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the rest of the team let him down. I called in ahead of time to request that a front windshield to b He was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately the rest of the team let him down. I called in ahead of time to request that a front windshield to be available to replace a broken one in my jeep. I was told that one would be available but I would have to wait a couple of weeks in order to have a technician available to do the replacement. I made the appointment and drove the vehicle for 2 weeks with a very badly broken windshield. Upon arrival Kevin was able to perform the oil change and tire rotation but you did not have a window available. As you did not have one available I took the vehicle to another provider and had the windshield replaced. More

I had my van repaired only to have the exact same issue a month later! Now I’m having to pay over $200 just to get it towed back to them and have them fix what they should have done the first time that I pai month later! Now I’m having to pay over $200 just to get it towed back to them and have them fix what they should have done the first time that I paid over $500 for.
