I dropped my van off for a recall at my scheduled 10:30a appt time. I was told it would be done by the end of the day at 5p. I never received any updates at all. I called at 5p to verify the keys were left appt time. I was told it would be done by the end of the day at 5p. I never received any updates at all. I called at 5p to verify the keys were left for an after hours pick up. They were not and the sales person said services was closed and I'd have to get my van the next day. The next day I called and left 2 voice-mails to get and estimated time on when i could pick it up. Neither were returned. I was finally notified it was complete via text. When I arrived at my appointment I should have been made aware there is a chance my van would not be done that day. This way I could have decided if I wanted to leave my van there knowing it could be kept over night. I had no idea it had a chance of being kept over night. If at my drop off they told me that,I would have opted to bring it back either the next day orva different day when it could be finished the same day. Then to keep my van and not even tell me they were gonna close and keep it was horrible customer service. I should have been notified that the work could not be completed that day and given the option to come pick my van up before closing. Then I could have just rescheduled my appointment for the following day or another day. The fact that noone called me back when I left repeated voice-mail messages was unacceptable. This is a very poor way to run a business. The name of the department is literally called service. While they did service my vehicle, they failed to provide any service related to communication to the me, the customer. Telling me my car would not be likely completed that day and giving me the optio to reschedule would have helped. Calling me by days end to tell me it still wasn't completed and giving me the option to come get it would have helped. Returning my voice mails for status would have helped. None of this was done. This department needs to improve on communication. More

I previously gave the shop a stellar review because they led me to believe that fixed my problems. They will just blanket all your issues. They will not address or fix the issue that you brought your car in led me to believe that fixed my problems. They will just blanket all your issues. They will not address or fix the issue that you brought your car into their dealership for again and again, but will instead recommend 1 million other things to fix. They missed an issue twice that another shop was able to find right away and correct. They will apologize for not having the time to look at your car properly because they’re short staffed and recommend you bring it back in when they’re a little bit slower so they can look at it again. do not do business with this shop. Great customer service and Jeep Renegade is running like new after all the recalls were serviced and new spark plugs. The only thing is the automatic sunroof is still malfunction which was one of the main r new after all the recalls were serviced and new spark plugs. The only thing is the automatic sunroof is still malfunction which was one of the main reasons I brought it in, but was not charged for that service as no issue were found. I think it was a miscommunication on automatic vs manual sunroof? Not a big deal at the moment as long as I have the key to open and close it manually; it just will not retract back and forth for the automatic part is all. Thank you! More
