If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went to Pedder Hyundai of Poway interested in a used 2020 Hyundai Kona SEL Plus that they had explicitly advertised online for $14,830. I did my ho I went to Pedder Hyundai of Poway interested in a used 2020 Hyundai Kona SEL Plus that they had explicitly advertised online for $14,830. I did my homework, verified the vehicle's history, and came to the table ready to make a straightforward purchase for my daughter. Instead of a transparent transaction, I got the classic bait-and-switch. The moment we actually sat down to negotiate, they inexplicably raised the asking price of the car. It is a completely deceptive business practice to lure customers in with a competitive online listing only to pull the rug out and hike the price once you are sitting at the desk. It shows a complete lack of integrity and zero respect for a buyer's time. I walked away from the deal and will be taking my money elsewhere. If you value honest, transparent pricing, do not bother with Pedder Hyundai of Poway. They are just playing games. More

It was a fair experience I like the desk staff very much; they're very accommodating, however, I was there for an oil and filter change and tire rotation and I checked my dipstick when I got home and my oil they're very accommodating, however, I was there for an oil and filter change and tire rotation and I checked my dipstick when I got home and my oil level was low.
