Thank you for your response. I appreciate the willingness to connect, but I want to clarify that I have already made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with your team in person, including speaking with the sales staff after the purchase. The concern remains unchanged — the vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned car with a clearly visible dent that was present in your original listing photos, yet it was never disclosed during the sale. When I brought this up the very next day, I was told the vehicle was sold “as-is” and no assistance could be provided. I’m still open to a fair resolution, but so far there has been no accountability for the lack of disclosure. I hope the dealership can take another look at this and address it appropriately.
