They kept me informed of what’s being done to my car (fairly new, just in for 2 recalls - one of which was addressed and the other we’re still waiting on the replacement part). The waiting area was comf (fairly new, just in for 2 recalls - one of which was addressed and the other we’re still waiting on the replacement part). The waiting area was comfortable. I had to stay 30mins longer than the estimated end time owing to some traffic at the service center. More
