I was quoted $1540, my paper work said $1538 and when my wife picked up the car she paid $1605. I got a rental and it was never told to me that this was not free. If I known I wouldn’t have taken it. Prior to purchasing this vehicle I told them that I live in Oregon where there is no sales tax. I was still charged tax. Please be very mindful going into this dealership for any service. Regardless if they sell used or Nissan vehicle. By law they should not be selling cars that have defects. One of their Service Managers (RAY ZOILA) called me to apologize, stating error on their side due to one of the Mechanics overfilling the oil canister; this caused the Check Engine light. I was also assured I would be reimbursed for the sales tax, and have not been. Ray Zoila, Erica Cadena and their GM John Siepker have been elusive and unresponsive to all my concerns. Their actions have displayed a gross amount of unethical business practices. As a company they seem completely unconcerned with providing even the minimum of decent customer service. More
