Unfortunately, my purchasing experience was extremely poor. I am terribly disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of professionalism of the sales staff. I had the best experience yesterday purchasing my new car. They did an amazing job making sure that we left there happy and well informed. Michael reached out to me almost instantly after browsing the we car. They did an amazing job making sure that we left there happy and well informed. His manager Ozzy did what he could to get us financed at a good rate and a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Cheyenne was quick but very thorough and super nice! Service Tech was outside in front of the service area smoking a cigarette, which smelt horrible. The smoke smell lingers and Tech gets in customers vehicles smelling of smoke.
