From being greeted (and recognized) at the door to the speedy and quality service; how could I not go back?! I appreciate the guys there always "taking care of me". I was definitely pleased with this experience. I couldn't of picked a better dealership to purchase my vehicle. Bluetooth issue Jeremy in Service and his team wouldn't rest until they solved my Bluetooth problem. People could hear me but I couldn't hear them! They took each par Jeremy in Service and his team wouldn't rest until they solved my Bluetooth problem. People could hear me but I couldn't hear them! They took each part out, test it, called in Nissan, then called in the Bluetooth manufacturer, then tested each part in another Pathfinder. And, finally, they found a problem in the wiring under a cupholder!! Took almost a month but they put me in a loaner and they never gave up! All the while being so friendly and helpful! Also, they have the nicest waiting room with snacks and cold water waiting for their customers. Only downside was when I was sent a coupon for a free Turkey, went in the very next morning (my mail arrives late), took forever to get someone that could help, was told they were all out already but expecting more and so and so would call. No call. Left a message for General Manager about it and he never responded. So, maybe Sales needs to step up their game? But Service has it all beat! More

Nail in tire I found it bothersome that the dealership doesn't repair something as simple as a nail in my tire.
