I went to Pedder Nissan in Hemet to test drive a couple of cars that I had found online. As I got there, I found out that one of the two cars I had inquired about had actually been sold two days prior. Reg of cars that I had found online. She showed me the car and I test drove it. Unfortunately I did not really like the car, so while another employee checked into the value of my trade in, I explained to Betty what I was looking for and why. Betty is super knowledgeable and accommodating, she listened very well and together we went to see about 6 other cars, of which I test drove one more. In the end she helped me find what I wanted and needed. She simply is awesome! Thank you Betty for a really great experience! More
