Kids area in the waiting room is absolutely disgusting and sad. Waited just over an hour for my oil change as expected with my 3 year old son. To keep him entertained and with respect for the other guest waiting we hung out in the disgusting playroom where there was only 1 dirty toy to play with. The tv wasn’t on and every single chair in that room looked like it was barfed on. I stood the entire time in that room because it was that gross. Please keep in mind for the families that come through. I was considering looking at cars but knowing it could be a bit of a lengthy process I will look at a different dealership that is cleaner for my family. More
