I don't particularly like that I am left waiting for over a half hour in the lobby after my car's service has been finished, while I can clearly see it sitting in the pickup line through the window because t a half hour in the lobby after my car's service has been finished, while I can clearly see it sitting in the pickup line through the window because the advisor working with me hasn't come to get me (or bother to check if I am still in the waiting area but rather assumes I will come to their desk and ask if my vehicle is done (that is not my job). This has happened a handful times when I have had my car serviced. This could also be easily avoided if I was asked upon checking in for my appointment, whether I will be waiting or dropping off my car to come back later, but that was not done either... More
