I took my car in to get the A/C fixed because it wasn't cooling; it wasn't making any noise before, but when I got it back, it was making a strange sound. They claimed I had a broken part and that was the cooling; it wasn't making any noise before, but when I got it back, it was making a strange sound. They claimed I had a broken part and that was the cause, but it hadn't sounded like that before I dropped it off. They were rude when they told me the price and insisted I had to get the repair done, claiming that was the reason for the noise—because the part was broken.
