I came in for a scheduled appointment to fix a recall item. I sat there for nearly 2 hours for a recall. They didn't investigate the work let alone start. Then they wanted to extort $200 from me to remov item. I sat there for nearly 2 hours for a recall. They didn't investigate the work let alone start. Then they wanted to extort $200 from me to remove the divider panel behind the driver seat so they could access the part in floor. Someone could've told me the van needed to be empty before I got to the dealership. I could've emptied the van myself in the two hours. I sat there waiting for someone to tell me they can't do the work unless it's empty. So you wasted my time and you didn't get the work. Double of that you wanted $200 from me for a recall that is Nissan's fault, but apparently my problem. More
