I am very disappointed with my experience at this Nissan dealership. I brought my vehicle in expecting to receive help and possible repair options. Instead, I was charged $200 for a diagnostic inspection, w dealership. I brought my vehicle in expecting to receive help and possible repair options. Instead, I was charged $200 for a diagnostic inspection, with the understanding that the fee could be applied toward the repair. After completing the diagnosis, I was informed that the dealership could not perform any repairs because they do not have a body shop. This information should have been disclosed before I agreed to the diagnostic service. Had I known they were unable to complete the necessary work, I would not have authorized or paid for the diagnosis. I left the dealership in the same condition I arrived—with an unrepaired vehicle and $200 less. I feel this was unfair and a waste of my time and money. Because the dealership was unable to provide the service I needed and failed to inform me of this upfront, I believe I deserve a reimbursement of the $200 diagnostic fee. I hope Nissan will review this situation and make it right. More
