My Wife had a great experience buying our used car from Pellegrino's Auto Sales. We worked with Guy Pellegrino and he was extremely professional, helpful, and honest. We got a great price on the Jeep Wrangler we purchased and he gave us a very fair value for our trade-in. I've already recommended Pellegrino's to 2 friends and I just picked up my Jeep an hour ago. purchased a 2000 honda civic. tires would pass inspection, however not good for winter. Guy said he would give me new tires he already had in stock. car was in good shape, just normal rare, couple inspection, however not good for winter. Guy said he would give me new tires he already had in stock. car was in good shape, just normal rare, couple scuff marks. he got me financed at a good rate with a decent monthly payment. he gave me a 30 day/1000mi. warranty, which he did NOT have to because it was over 100,000 miles. he filled up the gas tank, changed the oil, etc. I bought a fuel filter, and they put it on with no problem. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I drove home. the next day I wanted to change out the hubcaps. Come to find out the 2 front bolts on each front tires would not come off. I ended up snapping one in half. Called guy, said to take it somewhere local. In the process, that mechanic broke off 2 more studs! He quoted me $600 to have both sides fixed. I was furious. Guy told me to get it towed back to Batavia which is 31 miles away, and they would take care of it. $120 was spent out of pocket between having it towed and having the other mechanic look at it. Pellegrino's fixed it for me. they replaced all the wheel studs in the front. I picked it up, left the parking lot, and there was a bad rubbing noise coming from the rt/ft tire. I turned around and told them. They fixed that problem on the spot. I left for home again and about halfway there, there was a horrible noise coming from the left/front when i braked. Did not make that noise when i first took it for a test drive. plus it sounds like it needs struts, horrible "thunking" sound. Not the dealerships fault. These problems are inconvenient and expensive to fix. I guess this is a "buyer beware" situation. The dealership was good at fixing the immediate problem, and technically, they did not have to fix anything. But Guy did the right thing. So I rate this dealership high. Fact is the car is almost 12 years old, things will happen. I wanted a honda civic, because of the excellent gas mileage and reliability. they are hard to find. More

They Made buying my new car a breeze. Its usually such a head ache.Every other dealership ive been to has taken to sign paper work. They are usually rude too. It will buy any other vehicle from them. We bought a 2004 GMC Envoy from these guys almost 3 years ago. And it is still a great vehicle. The reason I am writing this so long after the sale is because I kick myself for not buying from there again ago. And it is still a great vehicle. The reason I am writing this so long after the sale is because I kick myself for not buying from there again when we needed another vehicle recently. I went to a different dealer a couple of months ago and I have now found out why the ratings weren’t so good on that one. That has been a nightmare! When things go so well, as they did with my purchase from Pellegrino’s, you tend to forget how nice it was. That is until you go somewhere else and get burned. I guess I assumed every place should be as good as Pellegrino’s. They definitely set the standard of excellence for how a car dealer should operate. I have always passed them on by word of mouth. I regret not spending the time to write here how good my experience was. I see all positive reviews here, and that means a lot. I want everyone to realize just how great these guys are to deal with. Their honest and non-pushy attitude is what I liked most, and their willingness to work with you. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry to get a vehicle, and I will wait until they have what I am looking for. Pellegrino Auto Sales is the only place I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a used car; these guys are great to work with. More

Guy worked very hard to find the right car for me. Got it for me at the right price and when he found my car we got the deal done in less than 1/2 a day. Financing was a breeze and even got me a lower intere for me at the right price and when he found my car we got the deal done in less than 1/2 a day.
