14 years ago I bought a beautiful new Toyota. We went together like peanut butter and jelly. 228,000 + miles later, it was tike to retire the ole girl! He would be out of the office but we made appointment for Thursday April 8th. So me being the ever competent shopper I went online and saw what may be my new baby! I jumped online and completed information and let Pellegrino know I was interested and wanted a test drive. I also let them know I was going to be working with Lou. Carol emailed me back quickly and had everything ready for Lou to show me today, April 8th. Lou knew I was nervous, sad and very apprehensive about what I was about to do, but Lou being the wonderful man he is, changed subject as he was inputting all the information and we talked about our family! Before I knew it, I signed the papers, Lou excitedly showed me all the bells and whistles of my car and I squealed like a little girl when he showed me it had a sunroof. Which I didn't know it had. He laughed so hard! It was great to put all my anxiety behind me! I'm blessed to have been able to purchase a 2018 Buick Encore- Black Cherry and not have to lease or finance! Lou made everything go so smoothly and off I went with my new Black Beauty II! My parents had one years ago when I was little - a Buick no less. And now, I'm able to bring one home again!
