Great experience! I hate buying cars because I've never had a pleasant experience. In February of 2017 I was approaching the end of my Nissan lease. I didn't want to buy my Maxima so I prepared myself for the dreaded process of finding a new vehicle. I wanted a small SUV so I decided to stop at a dealership near my home, Pellegrino GMC. I'm so glad I did. My salesman's name is Steve Wahid. I told him what I was looking for and a price I thought appropriate. He took his time explaining the different vehicles until I settled on one, the Terrain. While discussing the price, to my surprise, he found every discount available to me, to include discounts I wasn't aware of. The rest of the buying process was painless and smooth. I don't know if everyone at this dealership behaves this way but I'm so glad I had Steve as my salesman. When the time comes I will be back at Pellegrino, looking for Steve. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Bought a New Car I went to the dealership to test drive a Buick Encore .i didn't like it as much as I thought but we had this really nice salesman named Lou Cerota hel I went to the dealership to test drive a Buick Encore .i didn't like it as much as I thought but we had this really nice salesman named Lou Cerota helping us. He was a delight, he took his time and explained how the cars worked let us test drive several vehicles. But you what I liked the most he put no pressure on me to buy anything he listened and talked and we laughed it was Great! I ended up buying a GMC Terrain he had the paperwork together , the finance manager worked well with him to get us in and out in no time . This was the best car buying experience that I have had in a long time and I bought 4 cars over the last two years. I recommend everyone go see Lou you will love the experience ! More

Thirteen year I had an accident, October of 2016, my 2003 GMC Envoy was a total loss. Since then I have been looking for a car to replace the Envoy. Thirteen years have passed since I purchased a new car, I didn't know what to expect. I have looked at 2 Jeep dealerships, a Hyundai dealer, and another GMC dealer. Some offered to give me a "deal of a lifetime", not so, others just wanted to know how much I wanted for a monthly payment. I should have gone to Pellegrino GMC first! I would have save time and lots of aggravation. I went to Pellegrino GMC, February 2nd and was greeted by Denny Pratta. Mr. Pratta is an excellent Sales Representative. He answered every question I had about the car, price, financing and more. I was able to test drive the 2017 Terrain SLE-2, which I bought! Denny explained the cars features in great detail. My experience with him was "EXCELLENT". While there, I met the Sales Manager, Craig Farr and Stacy Heath, the Finance Manager. Bottom line...EVERY ONE I DEALT WITH WAS SUPER!!! It felt good making my own decisions in a relaxed conversation. Between the both of us we agreed on a brand new Arcdia. All questions were answered and if not he would ask.
