I love Pellegrino Buick GMC & Louis Cerota I have been leasing a new vehicle from Pellegrino every three years since they arrived in Williamstown, so I am well familiar with how they do things I have been leasing a new vehicle from Pellegrino every three years since they arrived in Williamstown, so I am well familiar with how they do things and it is first class! Lou Cerota has been my car consultant for 30 years and I truly appreciate his insights. He knows when I will be returning and keeps an eye out for just the right vehicle. This time he recommended a Buick Encore because I have some difficulty sitting down into cars nowadays. I never would have consider it until we talked. He was right as the Encore solved my issue and drives like a car. Lou is not the only reason I am a Pellegrino fan. The service team is excellent. The work it done right, the price is fair and they answer all my questions. I usually stay at the dealership while my car is serviced and visit with the people and look at the new cars. But, I must say, after dealing with Lou Cerota - with how well he looked out for my Father throughout the whole process ( My Father came in the day prior and spoke with him ), I believe he still would have taken very good care of my Father - whether I was there, or not! The dealership gave him a fair price for his used 2010 Enclave. And Stacy in finance did a great job at suggesting different options without being pushy!
