I had a wonderful experience on the 29/30 of November with Lou. He was right down to business and knew all the answers to my questions and advises me on what route to take. It was nice to be able to go into an auto dealership and have that kind of service. He has the experience and knowledge of the vehicles and was quick to answer all my questions. Even minor little things that I had forgotten about were taken care of by Lou. Thanks to Lou I will be returning to Pellegrino's. More
