Repeat customer I recently found myself in a position to buy a new car. I had purchased a car at this dealership 4 years ago, and was happy then, so I figured I'd try I recently found myself in a position to buy a new car. I had purchased a car at this dealership 4 years ago, and was happy then, so I figured I'd try them again. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, so I stopped in to the dealership to check out their inventory and prices. When I hit the lot, Lou approached me and asked if I needed any help. When I stated that I was just looking around and didn't want any help at that time, Lou respected that and just encouraged me to ask if I needed anything. It meant a lot to me not to be hovered around like turkey buzzards over fresh kill. When I was finally ready for information, Lou was very accommodating without pressure. I left the dealership that day better informed, but not ready to buy that day. I returned a week or two later and looked Lou up. The whole process went very smoothly and comfortably. The whole staff at Pellegrino was very customer-oriented, and I couldn't be happier. More

Purchased a truck . To Whom this may concern. I checked on line and went to different dealership and was not satisfied at all with any of them or they're selections and To Whom this may concern. I went on line and found the truck I was looking for at Pellegrinos Buick GMC in Williamstown ,so I sent an e-mail to see if it was available , I was told that they had the truck there so I went to see it . When I arrive at the dealers I was greeted by Lou Cerota, I told him what I wanted and well after some negotiations I bought the truck I really wanted. Lou was very friendly and he took good care of me . I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More
