I will start by saying I have always loathed car shopping at other dealerships. Hated it!! But our most recent buying experience at Pellegrino Williamstown was the most pleasant, least stressful process I’ve at other dealerships. Hated it!! But our most recent buying experience at Pellegrino Williamstown was the most pleasant, least stressful process I’ve ever been through. Shawn Lukac was amazing to work with. So nice, easy to talk to, explained our options, and made the whole process so much faster than we’ve ever done. Paul who handled our financing was able to beat the % we had from our credit union and explained the terms easy and was also great to chat with. I will definitely look to Shawn again when we are ready for our next car purchase! More
