I had recently bought a new car two months ago at a different dealership. I wasn’t happy with it because I went from a small SUV to a small sedan. A family member recommended Lou Cerato to me. I took a chance to see if I could trade the sedan in for an SUV and keep my monthly payment the same. I consider myself lucky to have Lou work feverishly to make it possible.
