Lou was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I have always been able to deal with our friend a local dealer in Hammonton. He no longer is selling GMC or Buicks. Lou made us feel as comfortable as we did with our prior dealer. I don't care for the process with a vehicle purchase at a large dealership.
