First I must say that my son has worked for Holman Ford for more than 10 years and this was the first time we have strayed from the Holman family. I've always loved the look of the Buick Encore but we set for more than 10 years and this was the first time we have strayed from the Holman family. I've always loved the look of the Buick Encore but we settled on two Ford Escapes. When my husband and I went to Pellegrino we were not at all optomistic that we could walk away with a reasonable deal. We wanted to trade in 2 Ford Escapes for one 2024 Encore GX. Nonetheless, we went there to just see what our two vehicles were worth and if it was possible. We were there for less than an 1.5 hour and we had a deal. Lou Cerota was fabulous. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We came back Saturday morning to finish the deal. Everything went smoothly and quickly. We are now happy owners of a 2024 Encore GX. More
