Service writer Betsy is the only bright spot of this visit. The problem could not be fixed at the dealership. (Rear sliding window regulator) . This seems hard to believe. Other service writer actually raised her voice at me to tell me that I was notified by voice mail that my vehicle was ready to pick up when I had no such voice mail or missed calls. First return to this dealership since purchase. That’s 7 years ago. It will be longer than that before I go back. More
