I will start by saying I have always loathed car shopping at other dealerships. Hated it!! But our most recent buying experience at Pellegrino Williamstown was the most pleasant, least stressful process I’ve at other dealerships. Hated it!! So nice, easy to talk to, explained our options, and made the whole process so much faster than we’ve ever done. Paul who handled our financing was able to beat the % we had from our credit union and explained the terms easy and was also great to chat with. I will definitely look to Shawn again when we are ready for our next car purchase! More

I bought a car at the end of April. There were minor troubles during the sale involving paperwork and wiper that was hot glued to the back of the car that the dealership didn't notice. In July, it was discovered the car was missing a part. I called the dealership and told them they needed to replace this part and the service department didn't understand. I asked to be contacted by the manager and I was never called. I took the car to my mechanic and had the car repaired at my own expense. When I requested a reimbursement, I received a nonsense response seven days after the fact that they are not responsible for the missing part and therefore not responsible for the cost. When I responded that I would take my experience online, I was told that I am threatening and they would have refunded me, but since I said I would take my experience online to let people know what happened, they refused the reimbursement. I have tried to contact a person in charge over 15 times and they will not return a phone call at the Buick location but in their responses they claim I have never contacted them. Steve, the head of service, is the first person that will lie to you. He has written me three different responses on how to fix my car with three different scenarios and none of them actually fit what needed to be done , his response to this will be that I am lying, because I am fighting a war of words with a man of limited capabilities More
