He only wanted what was best for me as if I was his own daughter buying the vehicle. Never once did I feel pressured into a deal. I even left the dealership to think about it and returned days later to see and test drive another vehicle and Mark was there every step of the way! Issue was with sales manager. He did know that if I sold my vehicle to another dealer I would have to pay NJ sales tax on $58,000 when I purchased the new GMC Yukon for $89.000 He did know that if I sold my vehicle to another dealer I would have to pay NJ sales tax on $58,000 when I purchased the new GMC Yukon for $89.000 . He therefore offered me $ 3,000 less than the other dealer. Service Department not used at this time More

This turned out to be our second wonderful experience with Lou. Lou sold us our first 1976 Surburban when he worked for Cerota Chevrolet. What a wonderful surprise to see him there after all those years and it was comforting to have him as our sales person for my recent purchase. I would recommend Lou to anyone interested in purchasing a GMC product. After we decided to buy the vehicle, he kept us apprised of the build process while we waited for it to arrive . When I went to pick up my truck Lou’s helpfulness made wading through the paperwork an easy process.
