I would like to start off by saying I am a 31-year-old female for the purpose of this review. Mark "The Haltz" Haltzman was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. I deal with a lot of anxiety on a regular basis and after a female for the purpose of this review. Mark "The Haltz" Haltzman was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. I deal with a lot of anxiety on a regular basis and after an unfortunate incident that totaled my old car I was in the market for a new one. I had been to a couple of other dealerships in the area and NOBODY put me at ease the way Mark did! Extraordinary level of professionalism, good energy, and overall just a great guy. I came prepared with a list of questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and he answered every single one of them thoroughly and to my complete satisfaction. He also thoroughly explained their process in deciding on the price of the vehicle and I had gone online and done research about the price before going in so I knew I was actually getting a really great deal with all the bells and whistles! There was even a dead battery in one of the two key fobs before we left the lot and Mark immediately sent it to the service station to have the issue corrected. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and Mark will be the first name that comes to mind! More
