I gave the dealership a 4 because of a phone call I made to them & had to talk to someone other than Lou. It was a bad experience & if it were not for Lou's promise to make it right I would have gone to ano to them & had to talk to someone other than Lou. Absolutely everything he said was done and in the time he promised. This is the first car I bought from Lou. I would do it again and not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a car to him. More
