Horrible Service from Sales to Service to Parts. Helped a friend purchase a semi-new(demo with 5k miles) Jeep from Pellegrino in Woodbury Heights. Sales people are ok, but for get the rest of the st Helped a friend purchase a semi-new(demo with 5k miles) Jeep from Pellegrino in Woodbury Heights. Sales people are ok, but for get the rest of the staff. So when we test drive this vehicle, noticed it had a very rough idle. Was told at first it was because it was sitting. Came back a day latter to purchase the vehicle and still rough idle. Sales person and manager said not to worry as we could bring it in to be looked at and they would take care of it during the week, which should have been easy enough. Well, not quite. After they supposed looked at it, we were told that it is just the way the car is. After arguing with the service manager and telling him I have driven many of those cars, he said they have so many different engines, I could not have driven the same one. Idiot. Took it to another dealer, and fixed without any issues on the first try. Idiots or crooks?? Second issue with the parts department. Called and asked if they would cut me a deal on a six pack of oil filters, hydraulic fluid, and HOAT AF. They quoted me a price and I told them I would be there the next day. So later the next day, They quote me a much higher price, with an attitude and tell me they wont honor that price. Well, they lost my business. Went to Turnersville Chrysler Jeep and they cut me a better deal. Attitudes, bad service, and horrible parts dept. will keep me away. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't loose business and close at some point. More

I cannot believe the GREAT experience me and my wife had. We want to thank Robert Polermo and Russell Abate for making our car buying experience like a dream. There was absolutely no pressure at all and no games. They did not play any number games at all or push us in any direction. They were completely straight forward and allowed us to look over numerous Jeep Wrangler unlimited's and let us make a stress free decision. I have had a lot of experience with salesman and they always play the number games but both did not and gave us payments on the different models and options that we were on the fence with and let us make a decision with not an ounce of pressure. We got an unbelievable payment quote that we thought was somehow a mistake and when we went to sign on the line, they would play the game and it would change but it didn't. I am still in shock from the experience. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a jeep to come see either one of them.
