Jennifer Toce was our salesp On November 19, my husband and I visited Pellegrino in search of a minivan because we recently expanded to a family of 5. Jennifer Toce was our salesperson for the afternoon and we could not be more pleased with how our experience went. We wound up purchasing a new 2017 Pacifica Touring and we are thrilled with the vehicle. Everything was handled as quickly as possible (which we appreciated since our infant was along for the afternoon) and yet I didn't feel like anything was rushed either. We've been to a couple other dealerships in the past and we've had some truly horrific experiences. So having Jennifer (and Robert in the finance office too) assist us the way they did was a breath of fresh air. We have plans to purchase another minivan in 2 years when the lease on our second car is up and we will be going back to Pellegrino and asking for Jennifer when we do.
