Even though it was pouring rain, Kelly did an incredible job showing us different vehicles and I'm sure was very wet aft Sales service was incredible. AMAZING Kelly is absolutely amazing. I was so picky choosing a car and Kelly went above and beyond to find me the car that met all of my needs. She stood out Kelly is absolutely amazing. Poor customer service In May I had computer updates done, most no longer covered. Within 10 days my Nav and radio started malfunctioning. Had an outside mechanic fix the pr In May I had computer updates done, most no longer covered. Within 10 days my Nav and radio started malfunctioning. Had an outside mechanic fix the problem for an additional fee since Pelligrino denied causing it. 4 months later my wheel fell off causing 700 in damage. When I called the dealership I was initially told the wheels were pulled to inspect. After telling them what happened the story changed to claim they didn't pull the wheels. The repairing Jeep dealer said wheels only come off if not properly secured. Pelligrino is the ONLY dealer that had touched it. Of course they would deny it. Won't go back ever???????? More
