Pleasant and uneventful. We stopped at the dealership just to check out the year end sales they talk about. We never felt like we were being forced to buy a car even after we were introduced to her sales manager. We let them know where we wanted to be price wise and they let us know where they could be and they gave us there bottom line price. I just wasn't sure about buying a new car and after some time being there I said to my wife I'm not sure and we decided to leave. They never made us feel uncomfortable with our decision to leave which would make me go back there. I called them latter that night around closing time and asked if they would honor the price they gave us earlier. Not only did they do that they held the car for us till we got there the next day.
