I initially emailed the dealer inquiring about the vehicle and immediately received a response. I scheduled an appointment to come in that coming Saturday to have my trade valued and test drive the car. I received a phone call the evening from the Manager Russ confirming the appointment and asking if I had any questions. The customer service at this point was great. I arrived on Saturday afternoon and I was welcomed by Russ who introduced me to Bobby V, my salesman. From the moment we met until I drove off with the car, Bob was the perfect salesman.
