Poor customer service In May I had computer updates done, most no longer covered. Within 10 days my Nav and radio started malfunctioning. Had an outside mechanic fix the pr In May I had computer updates done, most no longer covered. Within 10 days my Nav and radio started malfunctioning. Had an outside mechanic fix the problem for an additional fee since Pelligrino denied causing it. 4 months later my wheel fell off causing 700 in damage. When I called the dealership I was initially told the wheels were pulled to inspect. After telling them what happened the story changed to claim they didn't pull the wheels. The repairing Jeep dealer said wheels only come off if not properly secured. Pelligrino is the ONLY dealer that had touched it. Of course they would deny it. Won't go back ever???????? More

He answered all of my texts and phone calls and really made me feel like my hard earned money mattered to him.
