Once I got past the scheduler service was great. She is always rude and makes me feel like I am an inconvenience. I love this place! The team at Pelligrino are so friendly and knowledgeable and they do not treat customers like a paycheck. They actually care about putting you in a car you'll enjoy a can afford. I've purchased my last 4 vehicles from here and have referred many others that had the same expeience. Since my last salesman retired, Jennifer stepped in and helped me as if we known each other for years! She made the whole purchase seemless and I wasn't there all day. In and out in less than 2 hours. She even gave me her personal cell number incase I had any future questions. 10 out of 10 for the whole team!!!! More
