He was knowledgeable about not just the Grand Cherokee but also my financing options. Rich and the financial team worked magic to make sure I could take this gem home. The entire process was wonderful! Car dealerships used to give me anxiety and the time spent there would take forever. This whole experience was quick, easy, friendly and just downright amazing!
