This has been the most frustrating experience I ever had buying a car. If you plan on buying a using vehicle from this location and its not a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge don't waste your time. The used sales man buying a car. If you plan on buying a using vehicle from this location and its not a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge don't waste your time. The used sales manager, Anthony, will down play anything you point out on the vehicle as a "character flaw" and remind you over and over that you're buying a used vehicle as if you can expect them not to fix things. When I purchased my vehicle it was promised to me that minor scratches and dents would be fixed prior to me purchase. On the day of purchase, May 11th, nothing was done and I was told the weather was a factor since it had to be perfect weather in order for it to be completed. I took their word for it as they said when I bring it in to have what was in writing to be completed they will take care of everything in one day and even promised a loaner vehicle. Week after week it got postpone until May 30th. I took it in the day before only to find out there was no loaner vehicle as promised. Annoyed but didn't make a big deal I made the arrangements. I even double checked to make sure everything was being done at once as promised which I have text that confirmed it will. Minor scratches and dents removed along with what was in writing, all was confirmed it will be completed. The next day I picked it up and before I got to look at it was told their dent guy was injured and is waiting to heal so they will have to bring me back in to complete. I thought to myself no big deal I'll bring it in again not their fault. When I looked over what was in writing to complete was done to my satisfaction. When I looked around the vehicle in regards to the scratches nothing was done. I was told by Anthony, the sales manager, his scratch guy looked it over. The vehicle was dirty nothing was looked over. I started to point out all the scratches again in frustration Anthony walked with me around the vehicle and I showed him both the scratches and dents again. He turned to me and my wife offered to make it right promised that his dent guy and scratch guy will be there on the same day to get this done and will give me a loaner vehicle next time since this has been on going. I shook his hand taking his word for it thinking they would do right by this. Since that last encounter with them I had to be the one messaging weekly requesting updates. Every week i was told something different either their dent guy was sick or because the weather it wont work out. Last week I asked if I can just get this done somewhere else and be reimbursed. I was told give us to Monday and we will reach out to you with a date on when to bring it in this week. Well today is Monday June 24th and I have not received no form of communication regarding this matter. SHAME ON ME that I took their word for something I should have made them put in writing. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but it seems I'm being put on the back burner once the sale was made. "Our People Make The Difference" is the dealership slogan and the only difference was that they make promises they cannot keep. I thought they would have sent me to another Pellegrino location since this one location only uses one dent guy and one scratch guy to cover all their used inventory. I hope one day soon they can make this right but since I bought a used car here does not seem to be a sense of urgency to assist me in anyway. More

This is one of the better Jeep dealerships I dealt with. My one and only complaint would be is that the service department girls do not have the best customer relations and lack communication skills. My visits I am met with a subtle contempt and an attitude together with a splash of arrogance. My last straw for me was me was when I told my service writer girl where the problem clearly is, she quickly dismissed me stating the problem was diagnosed and it is something else . (Not even close to my description and not even same domain) Seeing her attitude was moving to stinky, (lol involving the Karen). I choose to use a different approach to my situation of a wrong diagnosis. May be it’s just to me. If the staff at pellegrino jeep is reading this; remind the service department girls less attitude don’t be hasty to correct a customer, and listen. They would learn something, also they may never know who is customer they are attending too. a genuine smile and a great personality would go a long way. In the end the wrong party would pay for their attitude towards customers…. More
