Brought my jeep in because it kept going into limp mode. Service technician said it may be because of a wiring harness and said he just remounted the loose wires. The service department was not the best. Our car had been in repair for over two months. Then it seemed as if they wanted us to pay for a rental not a courtesy Car like they should be offering. We did not receive our car back until the after the New Year. The car went into service October and we got it back in January. All of this is to say the least. I will not go on with complaining but please work on customer skills also. More
